Cherries, apricots, and summer evenings in Red Mountain… Elk Haven’s June Vine Dining experience is arriving in full orchard bloom!
Join us for a beautifully composed, chef-crafted menu celebrating the first lush flavors of the season — This month’s menu leans bright, elegant, and just a little indulgent with every course picked at its peak and prepared with purpose. From cherry and kale salad to hand-rolled duck and cherry eggrolls, roasted quail with apricot glaze, Columbia River king salmon, and a layered seasonal fruit finale worth saving room for. Sunny never tasted so sweet!
Each evening will host one intimate seating, with doors opening at 5:30PM. Join us June 12th, 13th, 26th, and 27th for a dining experience unlike any other.
