MEMBER’S ROOM POLICY
Guidelines & Private Event Expectations
Club Members are encouraged to use the club room for spontaneous, casual, non-exclusive use as a perk of membership
If staffing allows
The members room is also available as a private event space
with seating for up to 24
For private events in the member’s room:
• The room must be booked 14 days in advance
• Must secure event insurance
• Minimum wine purchase
• 3 hours during business hours – $200 (starting before 2:00 PM)
• 3 hours after hours – $400 (starting after 2 PM)
• Automatic gratuity
