Aroma: You'll immediately detect a scent of vanilla and caramel. They're both there, but you'll have to decide which hits the nose first.

Palate: Surprisingly smooth with a velvety mouthfeel. Notes of vanilla, caramel, and a sense of brown sugar. No detectable sweetness or oak earthy taste. Oak present, but not overwhelming.

Finish: Long on the tongue with a gentle warmth/softening effect with the aftertaste, which I consider favorable.
